Research Seminar with Dr. Joseph Breza

Joseph Breza, Ph.D. in an Assistant Professor of Neuroscience and Psychology Program Coordinator Experimental Psychology Master’s Program at Eastern Michigan University

The University of Florida Center for Smell and Taste partnered with the Center for Integrative Cardiovascular & Metabolic Diseases invites Dr. Joseph Breza to give a research seminar.

Dr. Breza is an Assistant Professor in the Psychology Department at Eastern Michigan University. He received his Ph.D. in Neuroscience from Florida State University in 2011. 

The lecture he will give is titled “Lightly Salted: An Optogenetic Approach to Illuminate the Role of Type I Cells in Salt Taste.”

The seminar will begin at 10:30AM on Tuesday, Sept. 17 in room R5-265 located on the second floor of the Academic Research Building. Directions to the seminar are available below, and a full list of planned UFCST Seminar speakers for the 2017-18 academic year can be found on the Center’s website.
